This workshop will enable you to uplift your level of personal leadership/intra-personal leadership, your "mental fitness". It will determine the measure of how healthy, hardy and resilient you are in dealing with the inevitable ups and downs of daily life. It will help you to determine how much peace of mind and inner contentment you experience. Personal leadership is also closely linked to health and levels of energy. People with a high sense of personal leadership are seldom sick and seem to have an inexhaustible flow of energy and enthusiasm that progressively moves them towards their goals.
Personal leadership also impacts on interpersonal leadership. How much you like and respect yourself, determines the quality of your relationships. The more you like and enjoy yourself, the more you will like and enjoy others, and the more they will like you. When your self-worth is hurt in any way, the very first thing that is affected is the way you get along with others.
