 Unfortunately this isn’t a joke anymore – it’s a tragic. Bad customer service is like cutting your oxygen supply while you are 50 metres under water. You will surely die. In some cases bad service is due to lack of skills but in most cases it’s because of a bad attitude.

Style of workshop:

In the workshop we make use of slideshows, music and other media to make it an unforgettable experience. No note books needed. Each delegate will receive quick reference Pocket Notes© to carry with them to help them to change everyday bit by bit to get into the habit of delivering excellent customer service.

 

 Duration of Workshops:

3:30 hour workshop:  8:00—11:30 or 13:00—16:30

(It can be presented in-house or individuals can attend a workshop at a venue of our choice. For your convenience in-house workshops can also run after hours. The model can adapt to your circumstances and needs)
